Redemption is quick for large amounts usually complete within 24-48 hours. I can also report a negative experience. My typical spins are $5 to $7.50, after playing about $300 on a Buffalo game I was kicked out during a spin. I asked support for courtesy SC and they offered me 2 SC. A real joke
