I attempted to place a wager for around $3,500, the system told me it was rejected, I logged in later and see that it actually did go through. Now, support is being unresponsive after refusing to help, do not trust any real money here, I even offered to get half the risk back as a freeplay, they will not work with you in any circumstances. Every negative 1 star review they have they just saying the same copy and paste response

I won over $6,000 on there site I gave them all my information passed the kyc process got an email stating everything was goodcongratulations you are good to withdrawal anytime in the future. Then I withdrawal the highest amount they allow it went through said it would be 48hours for the deposit. Then right before the money was supposed to be deposited I got a message stating there was dual accounts with my info. For one when you go to create an account it won't let you use any information it will say email already taken so how that was supposed to happen don't know because I have had only one account and no one else in my apartment plays. 2 if I went through and passed kyc that's supposed to check who you are and if there is any problems but I passed. I just wanted to let people know what to expect when dealing with this casino.
