Brilliant games excellent customer service, wouldn't use any other site now

Customer service with BitPlay has always been great. Actually have two people that I would like to mention and that's Victor and Salva. Since bit play offers so many different bonuses I sometimes get confused and send in the wrong bonus information. Victor and Salva both took the time to find the bonuses for me and apply them. In both instances I forgot that they were fees involved with Bitcoin I'm still working on it and they were both nice enough to go back in reorder the links for me. I really enjoy a bit play and all the options that there are available. It's super easy just available 24/7 and there have been no problems for me I've been with them for quite some time for over a year and a half 2 years maybe. I definitely enjoy using the play. Like I said excellent customer service and never had a problem!!

Betting limits are low, making it almost impossible to win a decent amount.

Helpful,great customer service and games.Just need to work on their email system. When I tried to verify my email address it took days to receive it but it had expired. The second time I did it it worked great.
